Jarrah engages quality assurance engineers to establish and maintain the quality systems that govern its industrial work. The role focuses on ensuring that procedures, documentation, and controls are in place before work begins and are followed through execution.

Quality assurance at Jarrah is preventive: the role exists to see that work is set up correctly, that the right procedures are applied, and that the evidence of conformance is properly recorded for the client's review.
