Leadership
The people responsible for Jarrah's standard of conduct, execution
discipline, and industrial service delivery.

CHAIRMAN
Mr. JARRAH MUBARAK ALRAJHI
I established Jarrah General Contracting Company in 2014 because I saw a clear need in Kuwait's industrial sector for a contracting company that could be relied upon. One that would mobilise correctly, conduct its work with discipline, and deliver results that a client could stand behind without hesitation.
Kuwait's oil, gas, and infrastructure sectors are of great importance to this country, and the contractors who serve them carry a responsibility that goes beyond the completion of individual assignments. Our focus is on building a reputation through consistency, professionalism, and reliable service.

ADVISOR
Mr. Abu Zafar
I began my career at the lowest level of operations and worked my way through every stage of business management within the JM Group of Companies in Kuwait. That path gave me a genuine understanding of how an organisation functions at every level, and where it is most likely to fail.
My purpose at Jarrah is to see that the company is built correctly from the inside: planning, supervision, documentation, and internal discipline. When the internal structure of a company is sound, the quality of its work in the field reflects that.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Vincent Lewis
I have worked in Kuwait for thirty-seven years across government, public, and private sector work. That career has given me a clear understanding of what clients in Kuwait require from a contractor and what they will not accept.
They require honesty about capability, punctuality in delivery, and full accountability when difficulties arise. Those are the minimum standard of professional conduct, and they are the standard by which Jarrah operates.
Mr. Vincent Lewis, Managing Director

OIL & GAS SECTOR DIRECTOR
Mr. S Ramachandran
The oil and gas sector is an environment that does not accommodate carelessness. The facilities are live, the safety requirements are absolute, and poor preparation has immediate consequences.
My responsibility is to ensure that Jarrah's oil and gas operations are approached with proper planning, correct allocation of men and resources, and clear accountability at every stage of execution.
Mr. S Ramachandran, Oil & Gas Sector Director
